- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage annual budgeting and long-term financial planning.
- Grant & Contract Compliance: Oversee expense tracking, reporting, and compliance for federal, state, and private grants.
- Internal Controls & Auditing: Maintain robust controls, manage annual audits, and implement improvements.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Train and mentor staff, support cross-departmental needs, and advise senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 5 years' full cycle accounting experience
- 2 years' accounting experience with nonprofit organizations
- 2 years' in a supervisory role.
- Grant compliance experience preferred
