★ What You’ll Do
- Lead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices
- Replace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutions
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goals
- Design and maintain networks across on-prem, cloud, and virtual environments
- Monitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threats
- Support VOIP, remote access, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support
- 4 years of network engineering experience in multi-site or enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT
- Experience transitioning away from Cisco platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus points for CCNA/CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experience

- Expected bonus: Up to 40% annually, based on company performance
- Minimum ROA bonus: 20% annually, paid quarterly
- Total Compensation Examples:
- $70K base 20% bonus = $84k total base bonus
- $75K base 40% bonus = $105K total base bonus
