★ What You’ll Do

• Lead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices
• Replace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutions
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goals
• Design and maintain networks across on-prem, cloud, and virtual environments
• Monitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threats
• Support VOIP, remote access, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support
  
  

★ What You Bring

• 4 years of network engineering experience in multi-site or enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT
• Experience transitioning away from Cisco platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus points for CCNA/CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experience

• Quarterly Bonus Structure: Begins accruing from day one
• Expected bonus: Up to 40% annually, based on company performance
• Minimum ROA bonus: 20% annually, paid quarterly
• Total Compensation Examples:
• $70K base 20% bonus = $84k total base bonus
• $75K base 40% bonus = $105K total base bonus
