- Conduct routine safety inspections of the property and report findings to management
- Inspect grounds daily, ensuring walkways, driveways, parking areas, and common spaces are clean and free of debris or hazards
- Utilize maintenance and cleaning equipment as needed, including ladders, basic tools, and cleaning supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Support cleaning and sanitization efforts, including disinfecting high-traffic areas in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintain attention to detail while handling tools, equipment, and cleaning materials
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with additional tasks and projects as needed
- Maintenance experience in residential, property management, or similar environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across general maintenance trades
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with residents
Salary : $52,000 - $65,000
