Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations
- Support accounts payable and financial processing activities
- Work within Blackbaud / Financial Edge accounting systems
- Utilize Ramp (AI-driven AP platform) for invoice and expense management
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and willingness to learn
- Experience with Blackbaud, Financial Edge, or AP systems is a plus (not required)
