What You’ll Do
- Serve as a fiduciary for resident funds, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Write checks, process withdrawals, and execute deposits for resident accounts.
- Meet with residents and families daily to set up accounts, provide information, and process transactions.
- Maintain meticulous records, organize paperwork packages, and ensure all required signatures are obtained.
- Provide quarterly statements to residents and obtain required signatures.
- Assist with the annual Unclaimed Property Report and respond to state audits or surveys.
- Keep organized files, maintaining a reliable and accessible paper-based system.
- Associate degree in Accounting and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a paper-based environment (printing, organizing, filing).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient, approachable, and professional in daily resident interactions.
- Ability to work under regulatory oversight and meet strict deadlines.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
