★ About the Role
As an
IT Security Analyst
, you'll take ownership of key cybersecurity functions—reviewing reports, driving remediation, and collaborating with Systems and Network teams to protect enterprise infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in their lane, communicates clearly, and contributes confidently to a broader team mission.
★ Key Responsibilities
- Review system security reports and address vulnerabilities efficiently
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives to strengthen defenses and ensure policy compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze scan results and guide remediation
- Identify and resolve vulnerabilities in on-premise and cloud environments
- Assist Systems and Network teams with security design and implementation
- Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) parameters and resolve security triggers
- Advise on security controls that balance protection with operational efficiency
- Support audit processes for regulatory compliance and risk management
★ Desired Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or penetration testing
- Strong ability to analyze security reports, prioritize findings, and lead remediation
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network security protocols
- Understanding of system security frameworks, compliance policies, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience (or relevant certifications)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently and report effectively to leadership
