- Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Oversee all IT operations and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Manage the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
- Create and execute strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support services
- Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and backup systems
- Provide leadership during technology projects and system implementations
- Monitor and report on IT performance metrics and KPIs
- 5 years of experience in IT management or leadership roles
- Strong background in IT budgeting, planning, and resource management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, and security
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft certifications) are a plus
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
