What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for support tickets and Level 1 troubleshooting
- Support Windows 11, Office 365, workstations, phones, and local hardware
- Coordinate user setup, equipment configuration, and basic network assistance
- Provide friendly, effective on-site support to nearby branches
- Use tools such as Halo PSA, SentinelOne, and NinjaOne (training provided)
- Occasionally drive to local sites — mileage reimbursed
What You Bring
- Experience with a Help Desk, technical support, or ticketing system
- Office 365 user administration experience
- Familiarity with Windows 11 and basic networking
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to grow and take on increasing responsibility
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$65,000 base salary
