IT Help Desk Technician — Pittsburgh, PA

Full-Time | On-Site | $55,000–$65,000

We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding organization seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join their internal technology team in Pittsburgh.

This is a true ground-floor opportunity for an IT Help Desk Technician who wants to learn, take ownership, and be part of a company investing heavily in IT modernization. You’ll work directly with an experienced technical leader who has a strong track record of growing and advancing talent.

This IT Help Desk Technician position is ideal for someone personable, driven, and excited to learn by doing.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for support tickets and Level 1 troubleshooting
  • Support Windows 11, Office 365, workstations, phones, and local hardware
  • Coordinate user setup, equipment configuration, and basic network assistance
  • Provide friendly, effective on-site support to nearby branches
  • Use tools such as Halo PSA, SentinelOne, and NinjaOne (training provided)
  • Occasionally drive to local sites — mileage reimbursed

This is an on-site role, 5 days per week. Reliable transportation is required.

What You Bring

  • Experience with a Help Desk, technical support, or ticketing system
  • Office 365 user administration experience
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 and basic networking
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to grow and take on increasing responsibility

A degree is not required. Certifications are welcome but not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000–$65,000 base salary
