- Monitor daily system performance, ensuring integrity, availability, and security of all IT resources
- Review and respond to network security logs and alerts to support a secure banking environment
- Manage patching and vulnerability remediation across systems
- Maintain awareness of current cybersecurity threats and best practices, particularly within financial services
- Support LAN, WAN, and network infrastructure, including internet and intranet systems
- Configure and maintain routing protocols and network configurations
- Partner with vendors for system implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Provide support to internal staff, assisting with IT-related issues in a responsive, service-oriented manner
- Bachelor’s degree and/or certifications preferred
- 3 years of professional IT experience, preferably in a regulated or security-focused environment (banking/finance a plus)
- Microsoft and Windows knowledge base needed
Salary : $52,000 - $65,000
