- Fully on-site in Trumbull, CT
- Own the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage the GL and maintain accurate accounting records
- Stay hands-on with AP and oversee payroll processing
- Prepare financial reports and support leadership with accounting needs
- Manage audit support, pension reporting, workers’ compensation, and other compliance requirements
- Identify process improvements and ensure deadlines and accounting responsibilities stay on track
- Strong hands-on accounting background with AP, GL, payroll, and month-end close experience
- QuickBooks Online required
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Someone who can independently manage the accounting function and take ownership
- Paycor, pension, and audit experience are pluses
Salary : $45 - $50
