Key Responsibilities Of The Human Resources Specialist
- Support recruitment activities by pulling applications, screening candidates, coordinating phone screens, and scheduling interviews as the Human Resources Specialist
- Manage job postings through Clear Company, Indeed, and related platforms, distributing applications and gathering hiring manager feedback as the Human Resources Specialist
- Perform HR data entry, including I‑9 verification, benefits eligibility tracking, anniversary and review date tracking, and employee record maintenance as the Human Resources Specialist
- Serve as a point of contact for applicants and internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information as the Human Resources Specialist
- Support ongoing HR operations while managing 15–20 open positions at any given time as the Human Resources Specialist
- 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or related administrative roles
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills with strong data entry accuracy
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
