Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Dayforce HCM platform, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
- Develop, maintain, and execute SQL queries to extract data, perform audits, and create customized reports that provide actionable insights.
- Analyze existing HR workflows and implement system enhancements to streamline processes and improve the user experience.
- Act as the technical lead for system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party vendors or internal databases.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues within the HRIS environment and provide high-level support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data aligns with broader organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience configuring and managing Dayforce is required.
- Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and advanced reporting.
- Experience: Previous tenure in an HRIS or systems analyst role with a focus on "up-leveling" system functionality.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communication: Capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience with API integrations between HRIS and other business systems.
- Background in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration within a technical framework.
