What You’ll Do As The HR/Payroll Specialist
- Payroll Management (70–80%)
- Full-cycle payroll for approximately 140 employees across multiple entities
- Biweekly processing, job costing, and compliance
- Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis
- HR Support (20–30%)
- Assist with benefits administration and performance management
- Provide backup support for recruiting and safety tracking
- Partner closely with the HR Manager on day-to-day HR initiatives
- Experience: 3–5 years in payroll and HR functions
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; comfort with HR/payroll software
- Industry Exposure: Construction or manufacturing preferred
- Education: Associate’s degree accepted; Bachelor’s preferred (experience matters most)
