The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive employee experience. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Support recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Maintain HR systems and generate reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
