Our client, a growing IT Services company, is seeking a highly detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support a critical HRIS and payroll system transition. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, documents, and processes and plays a key role in ensuring accuracy during a system migration.
Tasks & Responsibilities – HR Assistant
Support HRIS and payroll system transition from Paycom to UKG (around 150 employees)
Assist with data and document migration from Paycom to UKG
Transfer, organize, and validate employee records and performance reviews and files between systems
Role is data‑ and detail‑focused
Download large amounts of data and upload data onto spreadsheets
Download large amounts of documents and upload documents into new system or into e-filing system
Run reports from Paycom and enter into UKG system
Assist with ad-hoc tasks for HR Team (events, admin duties, etc.)
Qualifications – HR Assistant
Strong attention to detail required
Critical thinker
Self-starter and proactive worker
Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills needed
Comfortable working on routine, repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
HR experience preferred to recognize and understand HR‑related documents
