Key Responsibilities For Healthcare Enrollment Specialist
- Complete and submit Medicare enrollments (CMS-855A) via PECOS
- Prepare and managed provider-based attestations for Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOPDs)
- Process Indiana Medicaid enrollments through the IHCP portal
- Create and maintain NPIs using NPPES
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in provider enrollment (hospital or health system preferred)
- Proven expertise with PECOS, IHCP, and NPPES systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and ensure regulatory compliance
