- Maintain precise financial records for all grants, monitoring and tracking expenditures to ensure alignment with donor requirements and approved budgets.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports for donors and program teams.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budget-to-actual performance.
- Reconcile grant-related accounts and prepare necessary journal entries.
- BA in Accounting (required)
- 2 years of non-profit accounting and grants experience
- EXCEL proficiency (VLOOKUPS, formulas, multi-tab spreadsheets, etc.)
- Great understanding of debits/credits
