Target Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities For The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

• Partner with department leaders and the CFO to support financial planning and business decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis across multiple locations
• Perform P&L analysis, variance reporting, and monthly executive reporting
• Develop dashboards and leverage SQL/Power BI to analyze financial performance and trends
• Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
  
  

Qualifications For The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

• 4 years of FP&A experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
