About The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance operations for a growing IT company. This is a key leadership position with direct exposure to executive management and a clear path to CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Partner with leadership on strategic financial initiatives and growth planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Experience in IT services or related industry a plus.
