- The Controller will aartner with leadership to shape investment strategy, CAPEX project management, and long-term site planning
- Establish robust governance, process improvement, and financial tools to support operational transformation
- Serve as strategic finance liaison to global, divisional, and site teams—balancing hands-on analysis with high-level influence
- 5 years relevant cost and plant/operations finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills (build tools, complex formulas; Sage 100, SAP a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial performance and partner at executive/site leadership level
