Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and management presentations.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and department leaders to improve financial visibility.
- Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve financial efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial reporting systems.
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, or ERP systems is a plus.

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
