Key Responsibilities

• Support portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain recurring financial reporting packages
• Design and update Power BI dashboards tracking financial and operational KPIs
• Analyze occupancy, pricing, revenue mix, margins, and expense trends
• Assist with investment committee and board-level materials
• Support acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (early-career, high-potential profile)
• Working knowledge of Power BI (advanced expertise not required)
• Hands-on financial modeling experience
• Ability to travel up to 5 times per year within Florida
• Experience or exposure to asset management, hospitality, investment management, or real estate finance is a strong plus
