- Serve as a key financial business partner to corporate and operations leadership.
- Analyze and communicate financial results, opportunities, and key action items.
- Run the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and performance reviews for leadership.
- Review financial and KPI results, highlight variances, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide input on new initiatives and assess their impact on performance.
- Create and deliver financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Maintain strong understanding of key metrics, drivers, and business impact.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis to support emerging business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- 3 years of FP&A or corporate accounting experience required; multi-unit or retail industry experience a plus.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to partner with business leaders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
