The Finance Leader's Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Finance Leader for the organization, overseeing all financial operations and reporting.
- Lead and mentor finance teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with technology teams to integrate financial systems and optimize processes.
- Drive ERP system implementation and enhancements to support business growth.
- Utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to align financial strategies with operational objectives.
- Act as a strategic Finance Leader in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications Of The New Finance Leader
- Proven experience as a Finance Leader in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading both finance and technology teams.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial process optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, or related field).
Location: 100% on-site
Compensation: $160,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
