Compensation

$65,000–$70,000 USD overtime eligibility discretionary annual bonus

Important Information

  • This role follows a five‑day work schedule with two days off. Specific working days and scheduled days off will be confirmed
  • The position operates on an evening shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM for 3 days/week, and 11:00PM to 7:00AM 2 days/week, with weekly paid overtime.
  • Responsibilities include a hybrid combination of back‑office tasks and Front Desk support. The role requires periods of standing.

Key Responsibilities Of The Front Office Manager

  • Drive exceptional guest experience by overseeing all front desk, guest services, and bell operations
  • Manage, mentor, and schedule guest service agents for optimal engagement and performance
  • Maintain payroll accuracy, supply inventories, and documentation compliance to support smooth daily operations
  • Respond rapidly and professionally to escalations, guest satisfaction issues, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a cohesive and guest-focused service environment

Ideal Skills/Experience

  • Three or more years of hospitality, hotel, or customer-facing operational management experience
  • Proven track record supervising teams in a 24/7 environment; must demonstrate schedule flexibility
  • Strong administrative and communication skills; ability to manage supplies, confidential documents, and guest/vendor email correspondence

Schedule

  • Three evening shifts per week, two overnights
  • Two consecutive days off; weekends not guaranteed
  • Consistent year-round schedule with flexibility for operational coverage
