Key Responsibilities of the Director of Treasury
- Lead all treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
- Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and optimization of working capital
- Manage and enhance banking structures, partnerships, and treasury systems
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across treasury functions
- Support capital markets activities including debt issuance, financing strategies, and lender relationships
- Partner with executive leadership to align treasury strategy with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain treasury policies, controls, and compliance processes
- Lead and mentor treasury team members while building a best-in-class function
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operational teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10 years of progressive treasury or finance experience, including leadership
- Strong experience in cash management, banking relationships, and treasury operations
- Experience with capital markets, debt structures, or financing activities preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred
- Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation, and efficiencies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
