- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight as Director of Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Leadership experience in accounting and/or billing within a complex nonprofit
- Proven ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing teams as a Director of Accounting
- Strong technical skills, ideally including NetSuite experience
