Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert on revenue recognition ensuring compliance with ASC 606
- Guide backlog transactions through to revenue and support revenue forecasting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the revenue accounting team.
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and prepare revenue-related memos for audit purposes.
- Update revenue recognition policies
- CPA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 10 years in public accounting (audit) or industry experience focused on ASC 606
