- Review, validate, and process distributor chargeback claims in accordance with company policies
- Investigate and resolve chargeback discrepancies by analyzing sales data, contracts, and claims
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, pricing structures, and eligibility rules in financial systems
- Ensure distributor contract compliance and support renewals, amendments, and eligibility changes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors on chargeback inquiries
- Generate reports on chargeback trends and performance metrics; identify process improvement opportunities
- Support the transition from manual to automated chargeback processes, including EDI and ERP integrations
- Collaborate with Sales on distribution trends to improve product penetration and margins
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of chargeback management experience in medical device, diagnostics, or pharma
- Familiarity with distributor agreements, GPO pricing, and reimbursement flows
- Experience with Cardinal, Medline, or McKesson a strong plus
- Advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Acumatica, Model N, or similar) and EDI tools
- Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
- Solid understanding of guaranteed margin models, distributor/GPO relationships, and related pricing
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and external collaboration
