We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately! This is a fast-paced, high-volume communication role requiring strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume customer communication via phone, email, and messaging
  • Provide timely, professional support and resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams
