- Serve as a key financial partner to plant leadership and directly influence operational decisions
- Gain exposure to manufacturing finance, cost accounting, forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives
- Opportunity to work cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership teams
- Analyze manufacturing metrics including labor efficiency, material costs, scrap, inventory, overhead, throughput, freight, and cost per unit
- Perform standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, product costing, and ROI/business case evaluations
- Investigate operational and financial trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and support month-end close activities
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, capital analysis, reporting, dashboards, and performance modeling
- Support cost reduction initiatives by quantifying savings opportunities and validating financial results
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- Experience in manufacturing required
- Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to build financial models and performance analyses
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Plex, or similar platforms
