Key Responsibilities
- Lead all corporate accounting functions including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, and audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, labor agreements, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with executive leadership to support financial strategy and operational decision-making
- Manage, mentor, and develop a multi-level accounting team
- Maintain internal controls and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and financial reviews
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Background in construction or manufacturing industries
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
