- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Oversee WIP schedules and AIA billing activities
- Review job costing reports and project profitability
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Supervise and develop the accounting team
- Partner with leadership to support strategic and operational decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting experience with Accounting Manager or Controller-level responsibilities
- 2 years of construction accounting experience
- Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, and AIA billing
- Spectrum Viewpoint experience preferred
