Corporate Controller

On‑Site Position

This Corporate Controller role is with a stable, well‑established organization known for its collaborative culture, low turnover, and commitment to work‑life balance. This on‑site position includes employee‑focused amenities.

Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller oversees core accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. This leader plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial information, supporting business growth, and developing scalable finance processes.

Key Responsibilities for Corporate Controller

• Lead accounting operations and shared services (AP, AR, general ledger)
• Oversee monthly and annual close processes and consolidated reporting
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain accounting policies
• Partner with external auditors and advisors
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness
• Oversee treasury and cash management activities
• Support tax filings and corporate financial analysis
• Drive process improvements, automation, and close efficiency
• Build and develop a high‑performing accounting team
  
  

Qualifications For Corporate Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing and/or multi‑entity experience preferred
• Strong GAAP and technical accounting knowledge
• ERP experience (QAD or similar preferred)
• Proven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
