Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Manage cash flow forecasting, cash management, and banking relationships
- Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions
- Monitor inventory valuation, manufacturing costs, and profitability reporting
- Develop and enhance reporting processes using Excel and company ERP/accounting systems
- Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning initiatives
- Supervise one accounting team member responsible for AP, AR, and HR administration
- Assist with process improvements and strengthen financial controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, or a related environment strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation of exported data
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, ERP systems, or JobBOSS is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Direct exposure to executive leadership
