We are working with a great client of ours to find a skilled Controller to oversee financial operations at their manufacturing facility. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing strategic decisions. This role is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 remote.

- Act as the financial leader for the facility, supporting management with insights and analysis
- Manage all accounting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Monitor cost structures and identify opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems
