In this role, you’ll lead and elevate the entire accounting function while driving efficiency and accuracy across a complex, multi-site portfolio.
- Oversee all core accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, property-level accounting)
- Own the financial close process and deliver timely, accurate GAAP reporting
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and audit readiness
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide business decisions
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and banking relationships
- Drive systems improvements and automation initiatives to modernize finance operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with property-level or multi-site accounting environments
- Background in senior living, healthcare, multifamily, or real estate preferred
- Strong command of GAAP and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with systems such as NetSuite, Yardi, Ramp, or Sage Intacct
- A leadership style that is hands-on, strategic, and collaborative
