- Controller‑level finance leadership role with full functional ownership
- Reports directly to the President
- Member of the executive leadership team

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and finance operations, including close, reporting, and controls
- Drive evaluation and implementation of new accounting and financial systems
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to executive leadership and the board
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial strategy
- Manage and develop a small accounting team
- Partner with external advisors on audit, tax, insurance, and banking matters
- Hands‑on experience with system implementation or finance process improvement
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, on‑site environment
- Strong communicator able to explain financial information to non‑finance audiences

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary up to $120,000
- Annual bonus opportunity (10-15%)
