- Oversee the global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
- Manage intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls throughout the consolidation process.
- Partner with regional finance teams to resolve consolidation issues and ensure proper reporting alignment.
- Maintain and enhance consolidation systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).
- Support external audit requirements related to consolidated financial statements.
- Assist with integration of acquisitions into the consolidation process.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting.
- Lead and develop staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
- B.S. or B.A. in Accounting.
- CPA preferred.
- 6 years relevant experience, including consolidations experience in a public company or public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles.
- Experience with consolidation systems (Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills.
