- Perform general ledger analysis and resolve variances
- Support audits, tax preparation, and special projects
- Work within an ERP environment to ensure accuracy and compliance
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate or property accounting
- Hands‑on experience with budgets, CAM reconciliations, and full‑cycle accounting
- ERP experience (Yardi, MRI, JDE, or similar preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
