Job Title: CFO

Salary: $165,000–$195,000

Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)

Position Summary

The CFO will lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role partners closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to provide strategic financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure the long-term financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare and present financial statements and insights to the Executive Director and Board
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and organizational growth
  
  

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience; non-profit experience is a plus
• 5 years of leadership experience in finance or accounting
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
