Responsibilities For Business Development Representative
- Prospect and generate leads with companies that have shipping needs
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve supply chain challenges
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- 1 years in sales, service or logistics OR a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools and freight/logistics is a plus
- $45K base during training, then $50K on day 91
- Commission eligibility from Day 1
