What You’ll Do
- Act as the subject matter expert for business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for end users.
- Configure, test, and improve application features.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Train employees and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions.
- Analyze data and create reports to support decision-making.
- Strong technical skills with experience in databases, PowerShell scripting, and integrations.
- Ability to solve problems and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working with APIs, SQL, and Microsoft tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience.
