Key Responsibilities For The Bookkeeper

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and process payroll
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Produce financial reports for leadership
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records
  
  

Qualifications For The Bookkeeper

• 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
