- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll entries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support the accounting team with audits and special projects.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
