A well-established manufacturing company in the Grand Rapids area is hiring a skilled Bookkeeper for an immediate opportunity. This position is ideal for an experienced Bookkeeper looking for an expanding, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow professionally.

Candidates with experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and general accounting are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Schedule

• $28-$33/hour
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
  
  

Bookkeeper Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting functions
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
• Support month-end accounting activities
• Enter and review financial data accurately
• Work closely with accounting and operations teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant, or similar accounting role
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
