Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through consistent data entry
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review
- Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and accountability
- Previous experience in a Bookkeeper role or similar accounting position
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial recordkeeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma required; additional coursework or certification in accounting preferred
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or related accounting functions strongly preferred
