What You’ll Do
- Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and month‑end close
- Prepare and post journal entries, maintain supporting schedules, and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee cash management, monitor account activity, and maintain up‑to‑date financial records
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings, audits, and year‑end reporting
- Maintain organized documentation, streamline processes, and collaborate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience also a fit
- Proven experience as a Full‑Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong understanding of the general ledger, accrual accounting, and month‑end close
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
