- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communicator who can collaborate with field teams and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working with contract terms, job costing, and billing schedules
- Proactive and solutions-oriented when resolving discrepancies
