- Identify and implement opportunities for workflow and process improvements
- Partner closely with leadership and related teams
Required
- Law firm billing experience
- Hands‑on, high‑volume billing background
- Proven experience managing and developing billing teams
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills

- Experience with Adirant Expert
- Track record of improving billing processes or operations
